To deliver at scale, we need a B2B Supply engine that is reliable, high quality, and built for corporate expectations. In B2B, “great supply” goes beyond availability - it means consistent delivery, strong quality signals, and a clear tutor experience designed for corporate learners.

As the B2B owner in Supply Operations, you’ll partner with B2B leadership, Product, and Operations to ensure our tutor ecosystem supports our corporate users. You’ll own priority programs and improvements across the tutor & B2B lifecycles (e.g., owning B2B Tutor CSAT, lesson quality metrics and our flagship Corporate Tutor Program) to ensure tutors and learners have a great B2B experience at scale.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Own the Supply side of Preply Business end-to-end, ensuring B2B can serve client needs with the right tutor coverage, quality, and operating standards (e.g., Corporate Tutor Program, Super Tutor adoption)

  • Represent Supply in B2B planning with the B2B LT, translating commercial priorities into clear supply requirements and sequencing

  • Turn ambiguous B2B supply problems into clear workstreams and decisions, aligning stakeholders across B2B, Product, CX, Data, and Supply Ops

  • Lead cross-functional delivery from diagnosis to rollout, driving measurable improvements in reliability, satisfaction, and problematic lessons

  • Build scalable policies and governance that protect quality and fairness for B2B clients and tutors (e.g., eligibility guardrails, exception handling, escalation paths)

  • Design solutions to support the operations team with key renewals and new opportunities

  • Own the tutor lifecycle for B2B learners, improving how tutors onboard, deliver, and succeed in corporate learning contexts

  • Define success metrics and monitoring for B2B supply health with Data

  • Explore readiness for future offerings, defining what “launch-ready” means and how we pilot (e.g., Coaching as a subject)

What you need to succeed:
  • 6–8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, marketplaces, or high-growth tech (B2B experience is a plus)

  • Strong program/project leadership: drives ambiguous, cross-functional work from problem definition to rollout and iteration

  • Stakeholder management and influence: influences senior B2B, Product, CX, LT leaders through clarity, options, and alignment

  • Data-driven approach: sizes opportunities, defines KPIs, interprets results, and turns insights into actions (Excel/Sheets required; SQL is a plus)

  • Ownership mindset: acts autonomously, anticipates issues, and drives closure

  • Operational excellence: designs scalable processes and guardrails that protect quality and reliability

Nice to have:
  • B2B commercial exposure: understands sales cycles, KAM realities, and deal/retention constraints

  • SQL and BI fluency (e.g., Looker)

  • Familiarity with marketplace supply dynamics: quality, liquidity, incentives, eligibility
