The Position: Reporting to the Manager Senior Logistics, we are seeking a Senior Supply and Logistics Specialist to be based at our Hendra operations, Brisbane, Queensland for a 12month Maternity Leave contract. This position is responsible for coordinating product returns (RMA – Return Merchandise Authorisation) for our domestics and international customers/Vendors and coordinating low volume production of products for our Blast Management Technology. your role will be to ensure accurate documentation, effective communication with external and internal teams, and smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

About you

Knowledge & Experience Required:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in RMA/Production/Supply environment supporting both Domestic and International customers
• Knowledge of Production/Supply BOM’s
• Prior experience in shipping both Domestic and International, logistics, or supply chain coordination
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures and documentation
• Prior experience in a mining logistics environment would be desirable not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, displaying agility in changing priorities or helping find solutions.
• Prior experience working with multiple freight careers domestic and international is desired.
• Proven success in collaborating in a customer centric, solution focused engagement
• Valid Australian working rights: Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen

Knowledge and Experience - Desired:

• Dangerous Goods Trained
• Proficiency with ERP System- SAP
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Transportation management systems (TMS)
