Job Description
JDE USA is seeking a Supply & Demand Planning Analyst – this is a contract position expected to last 4 months.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Supply & Demand Planning, particularly in the food and beverage industry, and experience working with premium brands. As a Supply & Demand Planning Analyst for JDE USA, you will work closely with our team and partners, contributing to our growth in the coffee market.
Responsibilities
- VAS – Forecasting, inventory availability and analysis for 3PL 6 week kitting plan
- Work order upload and lot code verification in Deposco WMS system
- Report generation and analysis – aging inventory and actions
- Help launch Order Reservation system and become point person for uploads needed to ensure allocation plans are followed
- Assist with manual allocation tool
- Working with channel leads to get insight, review with Demand Planning Manager to then send out finalized allocation plans
Qualifications
- 3-5 years planning experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG)
- Strong background in WMS systems
- Expert knowledge of Excel
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and agility
