We're transforming our Food business across Ireland, protecting everything customers love about M&S while building a simpler, faster and more efficient supply chain. From launching new products to supporting major trading events, our team plays a critical role in ensuring customers can find the products they want, when they want them.
The Ireland Supply Chain team sits at the heart of the business, connecting stores, support centre teams and suppliers to drive great outcomes for customers. It's a fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to influence decisions, solve problems and make a visible impact across the operation.
As a Supply & Demand Planner, you'll play a key role in keeping products available for customers across Ireland. Working closely with suppliers, stores and cross functional teams, you'll use data, insight and commercial understanding to forecast demand, manage stock and respond to changing customer needs. This is an opportunity to shape decisions, improve performance and contribute to a growing and highly visible part of the M&S Food business.
Due to high interest, this role may close earlier than advertised. We recommend applying as soon as possible.

- Influence suppliers and stakeholders across Ireland and the UK to drive improvements in availability, service and waste performance.
- Support seasonal events, promotions and product launches, helping the business trade successfully throughout the year.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, challenge existing ways of working and drive better operational outcomes.
Who you are
- Bring proven experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, replenishment or a highly analytical role where you've used data to influence business decisions.
- Make well considered decisions when faced with competing priorities, ambiguity and changing trading conditions.
- Use data confidently to generate insight, solve problems and support effective decision making.
- Influence stakeholders at different levels, using insight, expertise and data to drive better decisions.
- Work effectively in a fast paced environment where priorities can change quickly and continuous improvement is expected.
