Job Summary:
Avfuel is seeking to add a Supply Analyst to our thriving aviation organization. With an extremely stable and consistent history, the company has served the industry for 47 years. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Commercial Airline Tenders
- Determine supply source for airport locations
- Confirm volume availability and pricing
- Maintain Databases
- Internal/External follow up upon award notification
- Scheduling/Inventory Control
- Forecasting, nominating and scheduling on pipelines
- Maintain inventories daily
- Determine optimal stock levels and reorder points
- Coordinate stocking of product inventory
- Liaison between Supply and Dispatch
- Assist with Terminal Outages, Loading issues and Allocations
- Rotation in afterhours/weekend on call
- Terminal/Supply Contract Compliance
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to multi task in a fast pace environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Well organized, excellent planning and decision-making skills
- Requires the knowledge and ability to use computer software such as MS Office Suite and CRM databases, strong working Excel skills preferred
- Strong personal accountability with track record for delivering on deadlines
- Customer service orientation with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships as well as resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Initiate cost and time saving processes to insure maximum efficiencies
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Aviation, or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Be able to sit for long periods of time.
Skills Required
