We are looking for a Supplier Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing relationships with data suppliers, ensuring high-quality data collection, and supporting our clients across the pharmaceutical ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with data suppliers across assigned panels

  • Recruit and onboard new suppliers, ensuring strong engagement in IQVIA programs

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent data collection (both electronic and manual)

  • Monitor data quality, identify issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them

  • Manage supplier compensation and incentive processes

  • Provide responsive support to clients, including pharmaceutical companies

  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to ad-hoc analyses and special projects

  • Maintain accurate supplier records and panel data

  • Deliver training and guidance on IQVIA tools and reporting solutions

Key requirements

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., wholesalers, pharmacy chains, or similar environments)

Education & Knowledge

  • University degree or equivalent

  • Basic understanding of systems, processes, and data handling

  • Good Excel knowledge at intermediate level

  • Experience with IQVIA products is a plus

  • Fluency in English and local language

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
