About the Role
We are looking for a Supplier Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing relationships with data suppliers, ensuring high-quality data collection, and supporting our clients across the pharmaceutical ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and grow relationships with data suppliers across assigned panels
Recruit and onboard new suppliers, ensuring strong engagement in IQVIA programs
Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent data collection (both electronic and manual)
Monitor data quality, identify issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them
Manage supplier compensation and incentive processes
Provide responsive support to clients, including pharmaceutical companies
Participate in client meetings and contribute to ad-hoc analyses and special projects
Maintain accurate supplier records and panel data
Deliver training and guidance on IQVIA tools and reporting solutions
Key requirements
Experience
At least 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., wholesalers, pharmacy chains, or similar environments)
Education & Knowledge
University degree or equivalent
Basic understanding of systems, processes, and data handling
Good Excel knowledge at intermediate level
Experience with IQVIA products is a plus
Fluency in English and local language
