Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes. This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.
We are currently looking for a Master Data Administrative Assistant – French Speaker to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Support the management of supplier data and questionnaires across the EMEA region
Manage supplier access, lifecycle and updates to ordering contact details
Maintain regular communication with suppliers and country representatives
Resolve system issues and supplier data problems within agreed timelines
Contribute to initiatives to improve the quality of supplier data
Skills & Experience:
Fluency in French for effective supplier communication
Experience in administrative or customer/supplier roles
Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills to support suppliers
Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal and communication abilities
