As our Supplier Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of KONE's supplier network. Working closely with sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing teams, you will support supplier selection activities by ensuring that product, process, technical, and business requirements are clearly defined and effectively implemented.
You will lead supplier qualification processes, conduct supplier assessments and audits, evaluate process risks through tools such as FMEA, and establish appropriate supplier quality control plans. In addition, you will monitor supplier quality performance, validate key performance measurements, and drive corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable improvements.
As a trusted quality partner, you will help maintain supplier agreements and quality documentation in line with KONE requirements while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies, quality standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements. Through active supplier development, you will contribute to achieving Supplier Excellence Program objectives and strengthening long-term supplier capabilities.
You will drive strategic quality improvement and change management projects, creating and executing plans that support business transformation and supplier performance objectives.
