Key missions of the position: Expert in Electronics & Electrical parts development ( Railway Segment preferable)
§ Education qualification: Engineering graduate in Electrical & Electronics ( BE/ B.tech.) with 10 13 years exp.
§ Strong fundamentals of power electronics & basic electricals specially wiring harness
§ Expertise in part development life cycle – Electrical part drawing, electrical standard, Electrical part testing, feasibility, PPAP, process knowledge on part development, Quick & permanent assembly & filed issue resolution through POKA YOKE
§ Expertise in audit & validation of wiring harness manufacturing & assembly (EMS) & Wire Harness manufacturing Processes is must
§ Expertise in handling, inspection & validation of class 2 & class 3 PCBAs and Complex Wire Harnesses is must
§ Expertise in validation of special processes like Soldering (Reflow/Wave/MS), Coating, Wiring, Crimping & Torquing is must
§ Should be well versed with requirements of IPC standards like IPC 600/610/7711 for PCBAs and IPC620 for Wire Harnesses
§ IPC certifications if any like CIS/ CIT shall be preferred
§ Substantial experience in handling standard Electrical & Electronic Commodities, catalogue parts is needed.
§ Experience in inspection & validation of commodities like AC/ DC motors, Inverters, Controllers, Sensors & switches is needed
§ Knowledge of reading Electrical Wiring schemes & Electronics PCBA schematics & Gerber files will be preferable
§ Should be well versed with First Article Inspection Process and PPAP manual
§ Should be adept in using Control Plans, PFDs, PFMEA, 8D & 7QC tools as required
§ Should be aware of over-all part development cycle from Design reviews to FAI to PSO
