Responsable de evaluar desempeño de los proveedores ABC y mejorar el desempeño con los proveedores cuando sea necesario.
Responsable Dar seguimiento a fallas asociadas a los componentes suministrados (acciones de contención, Disposición, acciones correctivas, RMA ,notas de credito).
Colabora con el equipo de calidad y el equipo multifuncional para dar solución a los problemas de calidad de los proveedores.
- Seguimiento de fallas asociadas con los componentes suministrados (acciones de contención, Disposición, acciones correctivas, RMA, MQC)
- Seguimiento del cambio de Ingeniería (CN) con proveedores.
- Asegura proveedor cumpla con aprobaciones de SPPAP.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del KPI interno de calidad proveedores.
- Analizar y comunicar el desempeño de PPM a los proveedores.
- Dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas de los proveedores y capacitarlos en caso de ser necesario.
- Capaz de dar seguimiento a reuniones con proveedores para mejorar la respuesta.
- Visitar y realizar auditorías de calidad de proveedores si es necesario.
- Capaz de apoyar al equipo de REA en caso de que sea necesario.
- Da soporte a problemas de diseño de proveedores y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo multidisciplinario para acciones correctivas y disposición de materiales.
- Responsable de calificar proveedores ABC y mejorar el nivel de calidad de los productos de acuerdo con su desempeño.
- Capaz de identificar y ejecutar proyectos de productividad
- Capaz de Negociar con proveedores para tener el mejor beneficio para el negocio.
- Responsable de mantener los componentes críticos en Incoming así como el asegurar los controles con proveedor.
- Mantiene actualizada la lista de componentes críticos en Incoming.
- Responsable de mantener y promover la mejora continua de las 5’s en el área.
- Segregar Residuos de acuerdo con las categorías del área de trabajo.
- Conocer los peligros y riesgos asociados a las actividades y seguir los controles operacionales definidos.
- Operar maquinaria equipo previamente capacitado.
- Participar en las capacitaciones de conciencia de ISO 14001 & 45001
Educación:
- Ingeniería
Formación: (cursos, entrenamientos técnicos, especialización):
- Certificación Green Belt
Experiencia en el puesto o área relacionada (expresada en años):
- 2 años de experiencia en ambiente de manufactura en calidad o ingeniería.

- 3 Conocimiento en GR&R, SPC, CPK , Poka Yokes y herramientas estadísticas que ayuden analizar datos para determinar acciones recomendadas para solución de problemas.
- 5 Conocimientos Minitab, SAP, Windchill
- 6 Conocimiento de herramientas para la solución de problemas como 8D, A3, 5why, diagrama de espina de pescado
- 7 Ingles fluido conversacional y escrito.
