Job Description- Manage defined suppliers in quality-relevant topic
- Support global Supplier Quality Management (i.e. Material Compliance requests)
- Start and coordinate global supplier qualifications and changes
- Process complaints as well as coordination and tracking of corrective actions
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Conduct supplier audits, as well as participation in internal audits
- Perform supplier evaluations for the local supplier base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supplier improvements
- Managing the supplier scorecard and implementing improvements based on the data
- Preferably Bachelor degree
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take on challenges
- Ideally, experience in Supplier Management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent team player with hands-on mentality and structured, solution-oriented working style
- Flexibility and resilience
- Confident demeanor
- Independent, proactive way of working and flexibility
- Proficient in IT applications
- Macedonian: business fluent (required), English fluent (required), German skills would be an advantage
