Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Supplier Quality Management tasks for series purchased components
- Fast and efficient problem solving in Management of Complaint Process (8D to Suppliers)
- Being window person for purchasing organization in the plant
- Concessions (special releases) for supplied parts
- Internal cooperation with Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Commercial (Direct) Purchasing, Project Management, Project Quality and Supplier Quality functions
- Planning Risk Oriented Incoming Inspection
- Reimbursement (Charge back) of defect costs to suppliers in coordination with Commercial (Direct) Purchasing
- Guiding supplier task forces and escalation management
- Measuring comparison and counter measurement within the scope of initial sampling
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering or comparable degree
- 2 years + working experience in Supplier Quality Management
- Experienced in problem solving methods (8D)
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
- Assertiveness & ability to negotiate & convince on management level
- Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration
- Fluent in Turkish and English (German is an asset)
- Good MS Office and SAP knowledge of advantage
