Job DescriptionKey targets of the job profile: Handle with all quality problems from supplier. Regular supplier audit and supplier quality issue audit, cooperate with SDE and R&D to develop new supplier. System maintenance of complaint, returned products and claim of quality caused by supplier.
- Handle with all quality problems from supplier
- Operate supplier regularly audit, cooperate with SDE and R&D to develop new supplier
- System maintenance of complaint, returned products and claim of quality caused by supplier
- Monthly statistic the supplier Supplier complaint cycle time/ Supplier Reimbursment Rate and push supplier to do the improvement
- Cooperate with PQE and CQE to analyze production process quality and customer complaint no-confirming quality, and push improvement
- Cooperate with QMP development supplier process quality, and push improvements Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors
- Bachelor`s degree (Master or equivalent preferred) with technical background or comercial background, certified VDA 6.3 auditor
- Above 3 years working experience as supplier quality engineer.
- Well knowledge about 5 tools of quality management, and excellent ability to solve problems.
- English workable
