- Provide relevant information on Supplier Quality to periodic meetings, Management Review meetings and others as requested.
- Manage the SCAR process.
- Coordinate with purchasing department to monitor supplier performance as per procedures.
- Evaluate suppliers via surveys, on site audit or any other mean established in the procedures.
- Lead the investigation of nonconforming raw materials and raw material related issues.
- Review Nonconforming Material Reports (NCR).
- Develop and maintain metrics related to SCAR, SNR and NCR System as well as supplier performance.
- Keep Supplier files up to date.
- Evaluate, approve and provide maintenance to the supplier base and Approved Supplier List.
- Active member of the MRB.
- Ongoing evaluation and improvement of incoming inspection processes.
- Operate as the QA portion of the supplier approval process.
- Assess supplier changes and monitor the validation process.
- Control Supplier Quality agreement status.
- Support Internal (MMD)/ External Audits and take active participation in the plant´s internal audit program.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the supplier audit schedule as per procedures.
- Create audit checklist.
- Notify audited of audit.
- Perform/Document audit.
- Classify observations.
- Review audit with audited.
- Support to continuous improvement projects and cost savings program related to supplier quality matters.
- Support the manufacturing process needs when required.
- Support Global Supplier Quality initiatives.
- Lead site’ strategic objectives related to Supplier Quality.
Salary range (before taxes) for this position is:
€2 800,00–€3 300,00The final offer depends on experience and competence.
