Job Description
You will provide support for the Rockwell Automation Supplier Quality program. This includes New Product Introduction execution, plant and customer support, supplier assessments and approvals, supplier issue resolution and development, and Advanced Quality Planning for process and part approvals. You will lead supplier continuous‑improvement projects and may hold project responsibility. Participate in QMS internal and third‑party audits and represent Supplier Quality in cross‑functional meetings, escalating issues to SQA managers. You will report to the Senior Manager, Supplier Quality and work onsite in Whitestown, IN.
Your Responsibilities:- Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes; experience with castings and/or machining.
- Demonstrated experience using structured problem‑solving techniques.
- Complete tasks that require collaboration across multiple functions.
- Lead a small team (2–3) in product/component level problem solving.
- Comfortable presenting quality matters to managers and speaking in small groups.
- Willingness to work with a global team and attend off‑hour meetings as needed.
- Able to travel periodically for project meetings, reviews, and pilot runs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, supplier, or quality engineering roles.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
- Experience with RCFA, 8D, and 5‑Why methodologies.
- Experience leading supplier quality audits and ensuring ISO compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
- Experience building dashboards and financial analysis (Power BI or similar).
- LEAN or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) or CQE.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate peer work and meet milestones.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $78,080 - $117,120 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
