As a Supplier Quality Engineer at NTS Eindhoven, you are the quality link between our internal organization and (inter)national suppliers. You ensure the quality of purchased parts and systems from the initial design to series production and actively manage risk and continuous improvement. This way, you directly contribute to the success of our customers and our high-quality products.

• Defining critical (manufacturing) parts together with NPI Engineering;

• Ensuring supply chain quality from concept phase to release-for-volume in a low-volume, high-complexity environment;

• Monitoring and improving supplier processes (such as machining, welding, and grinding) in accordance with APQP (pFMEA, control plans, etc.);

• Performing First Article Inspections together with the Quality Inspector and/or NPI engineering;

• Close collaboration with Project Buyers and NPI engineers within multidisciplinary project teams;

• Analyzing quality data, leading 8D teams, and eliminating root causes towards 'zero defects';

• Building strategic relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders and creating support for joint quality and cost goals.

We are looking for an analytically strong Supplier Quality Engineer with a proactive, results-oriented attitude and the following background:

• Technical vocational/higher professional education (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics) and at least 5 years of SQE experience in the high-tech or manufacturing industry;

• Knowledge of FMEA, 8D, APQP, SPC, and production processes (milling/turning/sheet metal work) at suppliers;

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data-driven improvement proposals into concrete actions;

• Demonstrable experience with supplier audits and relationship/supplier management;

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;

• Structured, decisive, and able to engage people in improvement processes.

• Salary ranging from €4,800 to €6,200 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
