Includes supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence. SQEs have various levels of differentiation which are related to level of technical understanding of engineering drawings and ability to manage vendors.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Will lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
- Jobs at this level function with some autonomy but are subject to functional practices and precedents or are covered by well-defined policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work for both Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development.
- Lead supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting assigned suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence.

- Track metrics & works quality improvement plans to address problem areas
- Review and approve quality plans, investigate quality escapes to provide root cause analysis and ensure effective corrective actions are taken
- Mentor suppliers in the application of quality tools & requirements
- Ensure compliance, and drive improvement plans where needed
- Review documentation and witness supplier practices to determine if sound manufacturing and inspection principles are in place
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a quality and/or castings to execute policy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years Quality experience in a manufacturing site)
- Minimum of 3 years Quality experience in a manufacturing site

- Experience with either investment casting process or product engineering
- Knowledgeable about New Product Start-Up and APQP.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

The base pay range for this position is 100,000.00 - 120,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on October 31st, 2025.
