As a Supplier Quality Engineer I here at Honeywell, Aerospace you will be a key member of the Supplier Quality Engineering team, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our suppliers' products and processes.   • Assist in supplier quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Honeywell's quality standards
  • Work with a multi-functional team to disposition supplier parts discrepancies.
  • Support supplier audits to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 1-3 years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role
  • Basic knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies
  • Familiarity with supplier quality tools such as root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and supplier audits
  • Experience with quality management systems and supplier quality metrics is preferred

  • Internship or co-op experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality roles
  • Knowledge of industry quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and advanced product quality planning (APQP)
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn and grow within the role
