Are you passionate about sustainability, ethical supply chains, and making a real-world impact? Join us as a Supplier Quality Coordinator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our global supply network meets the highest Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.
In this unique and impactful position, you’ll support ESG and compliance activities across our supplier base—helping to uphold our Supplier Code and ensure alignment with international environmental and regulatory standards.
You’ll be at the heart of our responsible sourcing initiatives, coordinating key programmes such as:
- ESG self-assessments and supplier declarations
- Annual conflict minerals reporting campaigns
- Global supplier ESG risk assessments
- Supply chain Scope 3 CO₂ emissions reporting
Using specialised tools, you’ll also carry out monthly sanctions compliance checks, ensuring our suppliers meet international legal requirements. You will work closely with Global factories and sales subsidiaries, Supplier Development and Quality Engineers
Qualifications- Motivated and passionate about ESG principles, sustainable procurement, and compliance. Interested in transitioning into a corporate role with a focus on ESG and sustainable practices.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude, willing to take on administrative tasks as part of a larger responsibility within the ESG framework.
- For Recent Graduates: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management) is preferred but not mandatory. Previous internships or project work related to supply chain, procurement, or ESG is beneficial.
- For Experienced Candidates: Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. Demonstrable knowledge of supply chain processes, ESG compliance, and related regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals). Experience in junior supply chain or procurement roles is advantageous.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to learn and adapt to various software tools and systems quickly.
- Experience with software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
- Use of data consolidation and analysis tools such as PowerBI, Power Query, Power Automate beneficial.
