Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.
Main stakeholders are Suppliers, Planning & Fulfillment ,Quality & CI ,R&D ,Procurement & Logistics.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Provide support for parts and suppliers development
Continuous improvement projects (Non-compliant cage, incoming inspections)
Create of reports based on Power BI - Data Visualization
Assist with supplier quality issues and root cause analysis process, supplier management.
Tracking of supplier KPI
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Active students from careers as Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, engineer student, White belt, Green belt is a plus.
You are engaged in continuous improvement you enjoy working with SAP, Power BI, Problem Solving tools, optional excel advance, statistics tools and the manufacturing electrical process market.
Have established skills of assertive communication, leadership, teamwork, proactive, problem solving, curiosity.
Working as bridge within multiple areas incoming inspection, non conforming area, suppliers and process quality with plastics, steel, coating products.
You are passionate about analysis of data, problem solving, teamwork, and to improve process.
You are at ease communicating in English and Spanish.
