The Supplier Performance Manager role is responsible for managing all Sales and Marketing Initiatives, New Product Introduction, Training, Brand Development, Product Knowledge, Point of Sale, and Tracking for Wine Portfolios. This role acts as Johnson Brothers' main internal contact with a close relationship with the suppliers to develop goals and ensure the successful execution of objectives for all channels.

  • Manage, track and allocate monthly, quarterly and yearly goals

  • Dissect and implement plans to attain Supplier Scorecard Goals and Brand Standards

  • Develop, implement and track innovation launch plans across divisions

  • Understand, develop and ensure programs and tools are in place to deliver key sales objectives

  • Logility usage to ensure monthly sales projections are accurate

  • Forecasting and Inventory Management

  • DIPA usage to track and implement goals and incentives

  • Go Spot Check usage for Suppliers and company Initiatives

  • Managing and creating profitable pricing strategies and programming for all suppliers

  • Setting up new items, new pricing, and managing inventories by working with internal Suppliers, Business Development Managers, and supplier personnel

  • Track, organize, store and implement POS across the state

  • Building and developing relationships with key On and Off Premise accounts in market to execute against Suppliers' priorities and initiatives

Position Requirements:

  • BS degree or equivalent work experience; prior experience working in a wholesale/distributor environment, 

  • MUST have industry experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Minimum 2 years people management

  • Strong presentation, and public speaking skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all functional areas and organizational levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills. 

  • Must be execution oriented with the ability to work independently. 

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Applications including PowerPoint & Excel

  • Attendance and punctuality is a must Must have a valid driver’s license and practice safe working and driving habits.   

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
