The Supplier Master Data Management Junior Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of ServiceNow requests following established policies and guidelines. This role supports various projects, prepares SOX controls, and provides backup support for Team Members as needed.

What you will do
  • Process incoming requests in alignment with SLA requirements, policies, and guidelines.

  • Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement.

  • Adopt and comply with process excellence methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, and change control.

  • Collaborate with various departments and proactively manage stakeholder relationships.

  • Maintain a quality-focused culture within the Team.

  • Prepare and maintain relevant Audit/SOX controls and documentation.

  • Ensure the timely implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by the Manager or Auditor.

  • Perform tasks within the scope of services, including Supplier and Employee Master Data Maintenance, Chart of Accounts updates, Intercompany Supplier/Customer maintenance, and Project Codes management.

What you need

Required:

  • Master Data majors targeted: Big Data, Databases, Management, Innovation Management, or related field

  • Fluent in English

  • Professional experience in Master Data Management (for example: Supplier, Customer, Items, Employees, or COA)

  • Experience with ServiceNow or a similar workflow management tool

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, MFG Pro or similar platforms

Preferred:

  • German, Spanish, Italian, or French language
