About the role
Are you passionate about data and eager to make a global impact?
Join our Master Data Organization and work with global stakeholders to ensure data quality and accuracy. This role focuses on Supplier/Vendor Master Data Management. As a Master Data Analyst, you'll set up governance procedures, solve data issues, and collaborate across teams. Be the gatekeeper of data integrity and drive impactful projects.

What you will do
- Subject Matter Expertise in Business Partner Supplier Master Data: Ensure accurate setup and processes for master data. Continuously improve supplier master data management. Share good knowledge in Master Data Governance tools, perform mass updates in MDG, monitor IDoc, and provide backend error rectifications.
- Facilitate Process and System Requirements: Use techno-functional knowledge in MDG & S/4Hana, including Master Data Consolidation.
- Manage Master Data Stakeholders: Support superusers and ensure adherence to Master Data policies. Promote best practices across the organization.
- Act as Gatekeeper Between Teams: Communicate between Master Data, Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and business users. Ensure a global view of processes.
- Contribute to Projects and Daily Operations: Participate in Supplier master data projects and testing. Manage daily tickets for data maintenance and requests.
- Participate in Data Activities: Lead data cleansing, deduplication, and migration. Support data quality initiatives.
- Ensure success of Master Data component in each project and take ownership calculation /developing of KPI’s, ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
Who you are
- University degree in Business, Procurement, IT or related fields.
- Proven experience in IT areas, Supplier/Vendor Master Data, SAP MDG, SAP Ariba and SAP S/4Hana, with strong skills in Master Data Governance and Consolidation tools.
- Proficient in root cause analysis, proposing solutions, and gaining support.
- Strong analytical skills, agile in international settings, excellent communicator, self-organized team player with a service mindset and global perspective.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written.
