Our Supplier Management Team plays a critical role in optimizing our supply chain and fueling innovation. You'll join a collaborative team of driven professionals dedicated to sourcing the best suppliers, forging win-win partnerships, and leveraging strategic insights and data analysis to unlock cost savings and operational excellence.
What we’re looking for:
The Supplier Management Intern will report to Supplier Management and will assist with various administrative, strategic, and operational tasks related to our suppliers and manufacturing partners. You will work with cross-functional teams like Supplier Quality, Package Engineering, Planning, and Product Test Engineering to ensure smooth supply chain operations and achievement of strategic goals.
Supplier Relationship & Performance Support:
Assist Supplier Managers with daily communication and relationship maintenance to foster healthy supplier partnerships.
Support the tracking of supplier operational performance, including delivery, and service levels, and help prepare relevant performance review reports.
Support cross-functional teams in handling change requests and cost reduction activities related to suppliers.
Help organize and update supplier-related documents and databases.
Participate in inter-departmental meetings, helping to coordinate work between the Supplier Management, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth information flow and timely issue resolution.
Assist in data collection and reporting during supply chain anomalies or risks to support management decision-making.
Skills You Will Need
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industry Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong data analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interest in semiconductor operations and working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to use spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) for data organization and analysis.
