Job Overview:
We are seeking a Supplier Diversity Inclusion & Belonging Analyst to join our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) group. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the organization's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) within the supply chain. This role involves managing supplier diversity programs, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with local and national content regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tier 2 Program Management: Manage 2nd tier programs, including training, communication, compliance tracking, and reporting.

• Program Support: Execute supplier diversity and local content strategies to increase supplier engagement.

• Data Management: Enrich and maintain diverse supplier certifications using third-party providers.

• Content Strategy Support: Implement local content strategies aligned with regulatory requirements.

• Analytical Support: Analyze diversity spend data, generate reports, and build dashboards to identify trends and gaps.

• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with supplier diversity regulations and assist in submitting reports to stakeholders.

• Training & Education: Support training initiatives to promote understanding of supplier diversity in procurement.

• Supplier Engagement: Identify and engage diverse suppliers, supporting procurement category managers.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with category managers, procurement teams, and other departments to align diversity goals with sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supplier diversity, or category management.

• Experience in a global organization is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and experience using spend management platforms (e.g., Coupa) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

• Passion for supplier diversity and the ability to interpret and report data insights.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information:

• This role involves significant data entry, reporting, and managing supplier portals.

• You will work primarily with internal procurement teams and may occasionally collaborate with finance and IT.

• Compliance reporting to regulatory bodies is a key aspect of this role.
