Plan and lead APQP and PPAP with suppliers and cross-functional Inalfa team in launches
· Facilitate seamless tool and business transfers from underperforming suppliers to new
· Represent Inalfa as subject matter expert in assigned commodity
· Lead potential supplier evaluations by auditing to IATF 16949 and VDA standards
· Lead internal and second-party system, process, and product audits
· Manage issue escalations and corrective actions with suppliers
· Coordinate component engineering changes affecting entire region or globally
· Use advanced problem solving skills to resolve difficult problems
· Strong GD&T, tool, and check fixture knowledge. Experience with check fixture design and build
· Travel required up to 75% in Mexico, the United States and other countries
· Interface professionally with Customers, Suppliers, Purchasing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, and Operations, and Third Party sorting companies

Scholarship
Four-year Technical Degree, preferably Bachelors of Engineering in one of these areas: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Plastics, Ceramics, Rubber, or Electronics
ASQ Certified Quality Technician, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred
Experience
5 years in Automotive Quality minimum
Broad experience with numerous commodities and processes in the Automotive Supply sector.
Supplier Quality Tier 1 launch experience preferred, Second-Party Auditing experience, Lead Auditor credentials preferred
Knowledge and Skills Required
AIAG Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, VDA and AIAG FMEA, SPC (Core Tools), AIAG CQI-19 Sub-supplier Management
AIAG CQI Process Requirements
Customer-Specific Requirements for GM, Ford, Stellantis, VW, Nissan, Honda, BMW, Mercedes
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluid English. Have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Have the ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
