We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Restaurant Supervisor to join our close-knit wait staff team at The Champagne Bar in H beauty, Milton Keynes. As part of Harrods’ innovative H beauty concept, this role offers the chance to deliver a world-class dining experience in a vibrant, luxury environment that redefines both beauty and hospitality.
About The Role
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Management Team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You’ll lead and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high service standards.
Your focus will be on creating memorable moments for every guest, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence. From managing the waiting staff to resolving challenges on the spot, you’ll go above and beyond to keep everything running seamlessly.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help the business and your team meet and exceed expectations, ensuring that every detail contributes to a world-class restaurant experience.
About You
You’ll have proven experience in hospitality management. Beyond your expertise, you bring genuine passion and enthusiasm for the industry. Your leadership style is hands-on and inspiring—you communicate clearly, lead by example, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service every time.
You will also:
- Manage daily operational responsibilities, including health & safety compliance, NPS monitoring, waste control and reporting, staff scheduling, and cash handling procedures.
- Identify and create sales activity for your team through the implementation of upselling programs and incentives.
- Demonstrate exceptional people management skills, coaching and guiding the team to achieve their best.
- Have the ability to build strong, effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
