SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
• Manage and monitor assigned employees, attendance, shifts, and deployment.
• Ensure adequate manpower coverage and coordinate replacements when required.
• Allocate duties and responsibilities to team members based on operational requirements.
• Monitor employee performance, discipline, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure services are delivered according to client requirements and agreed standards.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding operational matters.
• Coordinate with the client and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify areas requiring corrective action.
• Monitor adherence to HSE, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, deployment, incidents, leave, and other operational activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Support employee onboarding, induction, training, and performance monitoring.
• Identify operational risks and escalate issues to the Project Lead/Operations Manager.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company/client assets and equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve service efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management in line with project requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant supervisory experience in operations, staffing, facilities management, logistics, or a similar environment.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating daily operational activities.
• UAE experience is preferred.
