As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the successful implementation and launch of Arvato’s newest 80,000 m² location in Lelystad, within our Tech division. You'll lead your team in the daily warehouse operation, drive operational performance, and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. This is a role where you don't just manage the operation; you help shape it from day one.

YOUR TASKS

As a Supervisor, you are responsible for leading and optimizing one of our warehouse departments. You ensure daily operational KPIs are achieved while continuously developing your team and driving operational excellence. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing your operational team;
• Monitoring and steering daily KPIs related to productivity, quality, and planning;
• Leading daily stand-up meetings and coordinating workforce planning with the Workforce Planning team;
• Identifying and implementing process improvements within a highly automated warehouse environment;
• Coaching team members and supporting their professional development;
• Working in an international and diverse environment where automation, data, and system-driven operations are at the heart of the business.

You will work in a two-shift operation with early and late weekday shifts. In return for working shifts, you will receive an additional shift allowance.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a strong and motivated Supervisor who enjoys working in a logistics environment. You are able to communicate professionally and understand the importance of representing the business appropriately when interacting with the customer on site.

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, or several years as an Assistant Supervisor/Teamleader;
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations;
• Experience with systems such as SAP or other ERP/WMS systems;
• Good English skills;
• Willing to work in shifts (including temporary night periods);
• Good leadership and communication skills;
• Able to improve processes and work with data.

Due to the location and operational hours, a driver's license and own transportation are essential.
