Key Responsibilities: 

Supervise the loadout of equipment and manage rig-up/rig-down processes. 

Communicate with customers regarding well-site operations and ensure service quality. 

Manage the wireline crew, directing field and shop operations, and supporting progression. 

Determine proper tool strings and oversee tool string assembly. 

Ensure the accurate and timely completion of service orders and job-related paperwork. 

Operate and maintain assigned specialized wireline equipment with minimal supervision. 

Oversee and assist with the rebuilding of tools used in well servicing. 

Perform and supervise the loading and assembly of perforating guns. 

Ensure a clean and organized shop and work environment. 

Mentor and train Operators and Junior Field Engineers to ensure competency development. 

Conduct safety meetings, identifying and addressing risks and hazards. 

Perform additional duties as assigned. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

Proficient in using Windows-based computers and completing service orders. 

Comprehensive knowledge of wireline tools and district-specific services. 

Ability to perform wireline-related engineering tasks independently. 

Strong written and oral communication skills. 

Knowledge of 10K pressure control operations and safety practices. 

Competence in operating forklifts, man-lifts, and mobile cranes. 

Basic understanding of electrical circuits. 

Ability to lead teams of one to three Operators and provide clear direction. 

Comfortable working at heights exceeding 10 feet and in outdoor conditions. 

Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to foster a respectful team environment. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. 

Experience: 4-5 years of field experience required. 

Licenses and Certifications: 

Valid Driver’s License required. 

CDL-A
