Qantas Road Express (JETS Transport Express) is the premium road transport provider to the aviation industry. When international air cargo touches down in Australia, we’re there to get it the rest of the way to its destination. Our interstate trucking services cover the domestic legs of international airfreight operations (and vice versa), driving between all the major cities from our hubs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

The Operations Supervisor is crucial for the day-to-day management of staff and operations to ensure freight flows through our network without incident. You'll be responsible for coordinating staff and resources, planning the loading/unloading of linehaul trucks, liaising with customers, booking requests and responding to ad-hoc queries.
You’ll have:
- Operational experience in a similar industry (e.g. Aviation, transport, rail, mining)
- A valid Forklift Licence
- HC/MC Licence highly advantageous (but not essential)
- Shift supervisory experience
- A good & safe driving record with a minimum 2 years’ experience with driving
- Demonstrated commitment to managing a safe workplace
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
- Ability to meet the requirements for an ASIC security clearance, pre-employment medical assessment, and drug and alcohol test
