The AI Lead – Digital Transformation is responsible for driving the adoption of emerging technologies as they scale up across the firm. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating AI capabilities into practical business value while promoting responsible and secure usage. The ideal candidate brings a strong working understanding of AI and generative AI concepts, familiarity with AI tools and governance considerations, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of AI-powered business solutions
- Lead solution onboarding, training, user setup, and access verification/configuration
- Act as the go-to contact for user questions, AI and workflow-related issues, providing timely support to ensure seamless user experiences
- Report on AI tool usage, adoption trends, and ROI metrics
- Monitor AI solutions through service KPIs, ensuring model performance overtime
- Mentor citizen developers to guide AI development, promote best practices, request or secure necessary technology access, and foster a community of AI champions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging AI solutions
- Advise business users on the effective use of AI-generated content, including prompt refinement and automation workflow optimization
- Support and enforce responsible AI governance to ensure AI usage complies with firm standards, security, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and deliver AI training, info sessions, and live demos
- Organize workshops, office hours, and webinars to educate business users about AI technologies and their advantages
- Own, design, and facilitate digital and AI fluency initiatives to support upskilling and drive confident solution usage
- Create educational materials and resources to enable business users to understand AI concepts and explore its practical applications effectively
- Develop and maintain use cases and prompt libraries tailored to user requirements and practices based on business requirements
- Stay at the top of emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of technology
- Monitor and analyze AI trends and new models and/or tools and deliver high-quality internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience leading the adoption, enablement, or governance of emerging or rapidly evolving technologies in a business or consulting environment
- Proven track record of increased adoption and active usage of AI tools with demonstrated ROI
- Demonstrate proficiency with generative AI tools, including GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, CoPilot, and similar platforms
- In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques with strong understanding of data science concepts and methodologies
- Experience managing AI solution or tool onboarding, user training, and support across the full solution lifecycle
- Proven track record of working directly with end users, gathering feedback, and improving adoption
- Experience with AI-related programming languages such as Python and R
- Experience working with or supporting AI developers and internal product owners
- Experience facilitating training, demos, and enablement sessions for non-technical audiences
- Ability to build usage metrics and generate adoption or ROI insight
- Clear and confident communicator across all levels: technical, business, and executive

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
