The Supervisor in Training position is designed to develop future leaders within the Automotive industry. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, even in a volunteer capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of the team to ensure high-quality product delivery.
