This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

Technical Skills/Experience:
Infrastructure Operations
Oversee daily support and maintenance of virtualization platforms and Cisco UCS compute environments.
Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of infrastructure systems.
Coordinate routine maintenance, patching, and hardware/software lifecycle activities.
Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalate when necessary.
Automation & Process Execution
Supervise day‑to‑day execution and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code workflows (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
Ensure automation processes for provisioning and configuration run accurately and consistently.
Support operational integration of automation workflows with ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Operational Support
Oversee updates and day‑to‑day administration of ServiceNow modules used by infrastructure teams.
Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of ServiceNow workflow or integration issues.
Maintain accurate documentation for ServiceNow processes and infrastructure requests.
Qualifications
Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) practices.
Demonstrated experience supervising technical teams or leading day‑to‑day operations.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Education
Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor’s: Information Technology, High School (HS) (Required)Work Experience
