AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Food Service Supervisor at East End Offices Starbucks in Akron, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Train and guide other team members on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
- Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs
- Replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, team members, etc.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
- Previous food service experience required
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs
- Afternoons and weekends
