Job Description:
Software Engineering Supervisors accomplish department objectives by supervising, organizing, and monitoring staff work progress and processes. They may serve as a player-coach and participate in Software Engineering duties as needed. They are also responsible for recruiting, selecting, and training new and current employees while developing personal growth opportunities.
Leads a team of Software Engineers and provides them with the best opportunities for success; delegate work assignments; builds and encourages an environment where team members feel empowered and comfortable to collaborate.
Architect/design products and solutions that meet the customers' needs while being efficient and maintainable for CSI.
Keeps informed of the latest in technology and project management trends.
Participates in the hiring process and provides input into team member performance reviews.
Highly skilled position in described technology. Four (4) to six (6) years of successful, extensive work experience in relevant technical fields. Accredited university, college or trade school education and training in applicable technology, advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
