Make every day count.What you’ll doAs a Sales Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of 17 support-level associates to drive operational excellence across our sales processes. You will evaluate and enhance sales programs, manage automation tools, and ensure accurate reporting of performance metrics. Your leadership will directly impact sales efficiency and revenue growth. Success in this role will be measured by:
- Improving lead conversion rates by 10–15% within the first year.
- Reducing sales cycle time by streamlining pipeline management processes.
- Increasing data accuracy in sales reporting by 95% through automation and quality control.
- Enhancing team productivity and SLA adherence through optimized workflows and training.
What you bring to the role
- Around 5 years of functional experience, including at least 3 years in sales operations or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, with a proven ability to supervise and guide support-level associates.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and reporting systems.
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational KPIs and resolve escalated issues effectively.
- High school diploma required; a four-year college degree is strongly preferred.
