This is a non-union positionAre you looking to step into a high-impact leadership role where strategy meets execution? We are seeking a Supervisor, Program Management. In this role, you will lead a team of Program Managers while driving critical pipeline integrity programs across Canada and the U.S. From integrity digs to exposure mitigation, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, reliable operations collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
What You Will Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Program Managers driving performance, fostering growth, and promoting consistency in practices and processes across the organization.
Oversee planning and execution of pipeline integrity programs, including Integrity Digs, occasionally Casings, Depth of Cover, and Exposure Programs across LP and GTM systems.
Partner with stakeholders across Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, Environment, Land, Safety, and the Control Center to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and budget.
Guide project development activities supporting feasibility assessments, scope definition, cost estimates, and schedule optimization to maximize efficiency.
Direct program execution by monitoring performance, managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, codes, and company standards.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics (KPIs), identifying cost and efficiency opportunities, and applying lessons learned and emerging technologies.
Lead contractor and supply chain engagement—supporting contract strategy, negotiations, performance management, and supplier relationship management to ensure successful delivery.
Who You Are:
Related university degree and minimum of ten or more years of directly related experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is highly preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years progressively responsible working experience in the pipeline industry, including a strong working knowledge of pipeline engineering principles, industry standards, governmental regulations and complex detailed and/or project management experience.
Must have exposure to Engineering, Construction and Field operations
Familiar with industry codes, regulations, standards and specifications
General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations
Predict obstacles, challenges and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Software experience with: MS Office Suite, Oracle, MAXIMO, PowerBi, Kahua
Problem solving, decision-making, organization, planning and leadership skills
Collaborative, team- and service-oriented work style
Motivated self-starter who works well independently in a fast-paced team environment
Valid driver’s license
Cross-border travel required.
Preferred:
Exposure to more than one Engineering discipline
PMP Certification, MBA
Power BI software experience
Working Conditions:
Office environment with some field work required
Scheduled travel to Enbridge offices, operating facilities, construction sites, and supplier facilities in US and Canada (up to 25%)
Available outside normal work hours to address any technical, cost, safety and environmental issues that occur during active projects
Salary:
Ranges from $114,000 – $183,700 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
