What you'll be doing:
- Keeping yourself and your work team safe.
- Oversee the daily activities of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Work closely with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth production operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and any issues that arise.

This position is in our Quéretaro, México RPC Plant
We’d love to hear from you if:
- Prefer bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or business) is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
- Familiarity with production equipment and processes, as well as knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
