About the role:

You will be the seasoned leader who oversees production teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality output. You will provide clear instructions, assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment while resolving conflicts. By monitoring production metrics and addressing bottlenecks, they ensure production goals are met and implement process improvements. You will maintain high-quality standards through regular checks and promptly address any issues. You will be responsible for ongoing training and development, you will support and motivate the team. Efficiently managing resources, you will ensure compliance with policies and regulations and promote a safe work environment. Effective communication keeps team members informed of schedules and updates. You will quickly identify and solve production issues and seek continuous improvement opportunities using feedback and new technologies. Through strong leadership and resource management, you will drive team success and contribute to organizational goals.

What you will do:

  • Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets and customer demands. Monitor inventory levels and oversee procurement processes to ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify trends. Analyze data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Inspire, mentor, and empower the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Cultivate talent, unleash potential, and celebrate achievements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address issues and proactively resolve challenges.

    Experience you'll need to have:

  • High school graduate/GED
  • Proven experience in operations management and/or a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving operational performance and delivering results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience in delivering presentations and facilitating meetings.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior technical experience creating workflows and automations.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification.
  • Experience in dispute resolution.
  • Technical proficiency in relevant systems and tools.

How you’ll work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range:

$55,000.00-$75,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
