En Clarios, nuestra reconocida empresa del sector manufacturero, automotriz, estamos en búsqueda de Supervisor de Producción para la planta Recicladora, quien se encargará de organizar y coordinar la ejecución de los programas de producción haciendo control sobre los componentes técnicos, ambientales y humanos que conforman la operación, con el fin de optimizar la capacidad productiva y cumplir con los requisitos del sistema integrado de gestión de la compañía.
Qué necesitas para tener éxito en este proceso?
- Ser profesional en Ingeniería Metalúrgica, de Materiales, Química, Mecánica, Industrial, Ambiental o afines.
- Contar con +3 años de experiencia en producción y/u operaciones, fundición metales no ferrosos, planes de control, inventarios, administración de personal a cargo, entre otros.
- Tener conocimientos en los sistemas de gestión, planes de acción para el cumplimiento de objetivos, mantenimiento de equipos, etc.
