We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee and support general mail handling and processing, as well as assist with operations at our US Contract Postal Unit (CPU) and UPS retail customer service counters. Responsibilities include training and supervising staff and student assistants, assisting with budget planning, and managing office supply orders for the department.

The role also involves ensuring compliance with federal mail and shipping regulations, serving as a secondary liaison to USPS, and promoting a safe work environment. Additionally, the position requires monitoring and maintaining the proper operation of department equipment and vehicles in alignment with policies and procedures.
