Job Description

The Opportunity:

The Supervisor, Portfolio Management will play a pivotal role in ensuring alignment between Global Product Brand Teams and regional planning functions.

This individual will oversee the global quota forecast for new products, providing essential support throughout the product development cycle.

By identifying process improvements and contributing to regional portfolio setup, the Supervisor will contribute significantly to the overall success of new product initiatives.

What Your Impact Will Be:

New Product Portfolio Management:

  • Manage and support issue resolution for regional portfolio setup.
  • Assist the team in portfolio setup and global quota management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of global demand plans to support approval meetings.
  • Ensure the team proactively manages data and entry into approval documents and LPT.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Provide analysis on quota changes and KPI tracking (e.g., global demand accuracy).
  • Facilitate issue resolution or prevention with the new product project team.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Planning, Customer Service, or Forecasting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in people management.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, able to challenge status quo. 
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical skills – with data is an added value.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility and proactivity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
