Develop, review, and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints
Supervise and guide the production planning team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in planning processes
Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations
Monitor production performance and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and minimize delays
Analyze data related to production, inventory, and demand to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
Implement and maintain planning systems, tools, and best practices
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity
Prepare reports and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of production processes and capacity planning
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate English
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Typically based in a manufacturing or production environment
