$43,222.40 - $75,982.40ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supporting the Operations Manager in the oversight of managing the day-to-day pharmacy operations and overall compliance. This includes implementation and enforcement of prescription processing, policies and procedures, supervision and training of staff and quality assurance.
QualificationsEducation: HS diploma required. AA, BA or BS preferred.
Previous Experience: Minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience in a similar work environment preferred. Demonstrable knowledge of pharmacy, specialty pharmacy and leadership required.
Analysis & Critical Thinking: Critical thinking skills including solid problem solving, analysis, decision-making, planning, time management and organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
Interpersonal Effectiveness: Developed interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, diplomacy, tact, conflict management, delegation skills, and diversity awareness. Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential material and sometimes emotionally charged matters.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation), is an active listener, and effectively provides balanced feedback.

Ability to build an engaging culture of quality, performance effectiveness and operational excellence through best practices, strong business and political acumen, collaboration and partnerships, as well as a positive employee, physician and community relations.

Leadership and Mentoring: Effectively lead and facilitate group discussions, coach, mentor, motivate, and engage others to align to a common goal. Ability to effectively lead projects from inception through implementation and assessment.
Human Resources Management: Effectively hire, coach and support staff develop, as applicable, as well as manage resources, performance and employee relations, and supervise within established policies, procedures and legislation.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required. − Experience with CPR+ (Complete Patient Records), preferred.
Active State of Florida Pharmacy Technician license and Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB)
Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.
Travel: Minimal (occasional conferences)
Standard Workdays/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, evenings and weekends as required.
