AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Dining Supervisor, Full-time at PennWest Edinboro Food Court in Edinboro, PA. The successful candidate must be willing and able to work nights, weekends and other non-traditional hours as operational needs require.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee front end production
- Manage and supervisor staff
- Perform duties necessary to maintain smooth and efficient operations, including stepping into an open position, covering staffing shortages, assisting with daily food service operations
- Comply with all policies and procedures, including but not limited to food and physical safety programs
- Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns or security concerns)
Requirements:
- Flexibility, reliability, and ability to perform essential functions of various positions within the operation are required.
- Previous culinary/foodservice experience required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Successful team leadership experience
- Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
