At Master Lock we are looking for a Supervisor, Operations Training our high volume in Nogales, Sonora.
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the administration of the training area of the Site Operations, ensuring that all the activities that are carried out are aligned with the requirements of the Manufacturing processes and requirements of the other Departments in terms of Operational and/or Technical Training. Ensure the most optimal development of training to drive operator advancement and support manufacturing process projects. It must ensure the operator's technical development, process knowledge, and ability to optimally manufacture plant devices; as well as ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and Regulatory Training aligned to Government (STPS).
Qualifications
- Education Professional in Administration or Engineering.
- Experience 3 years of experience in Operations / industrial Training processes.
- Others Intermediate level of English, Computer Packages, Use of TRESS System in Training Module and Supervisors, Personnel Management, Public speaking. Experience in the use of SIRCE (Government Platform).
