Maslow Media Group is seeking a Supervisor, Network Operations Center (NOC) to support our client, a global leader in live broadcast and media production services. This role is onsite in Dallas, TX.

From entertainment, concerts, and festivals to sporting events, film, television, and premium live content, you’ll be at the center of it all. Leading a team that ensures every frame, soundbite, and caption reaches audiences without interruption.

 

What You’ll Do

As NOC Supervisor, you’ll lead and guide technicians, manage live operations, and act as the key escalation point during critical moments.

  • Lead, train, and mentor NOC Technicians in daily operations and live event execution
  • Monitor and manage inbound/outbound transmission, ad insertion, and feed routing
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and escalate service-impacting issues in real time
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during live events
  • Ensure exceptional audio, video, and caption quality by simulating the viewer experience
  • Execute manual failovers and respond rapidly to system or signal disruptions
  • Coordinate workflows across internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee pre-event, live, and post-event operations with precision and accountability
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and on-air discrepancies for reporting and review
  • Assist in developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support IP-based signal transmission, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Operate and maintain broadcast equipment across assigned areas

What You Bring

You’re calm under pressure, highly organized, and ready to lead in a fast-paced, always-on environment.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience and a 4-year degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to work in live broadcast or streaming environments
  • Strong understanding of broadcast signal flow, acquisition, and distribution
  • Hands-on experience with routers, playout systems, ingest, and ad insertion technologies
  • Familiarity with monitoring systems, alerting tools, and ticketing platforms
  • Ability to read scopes and understand broadcast/streaming quality metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong multitasking ability and adaptability in high-pressure situations
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Additional language skills (Spanish or French) are a plus

Salary Range: $68k-$73k
