We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes and regulations.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor construction progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards on the site.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work, address any concerns, and provide guidance to the construction team.
Communicate effectively with clients, project team members, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Other Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Manager, or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and manage construction teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
