For our logistics site in Welkenraedt, Belgium, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supervisor Logistics & Warehousing. 

Your Responsibilities 

As Supervisor Logistics & Warehousing, you will be responsible for the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of all warehouse activities. Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Managing inbound and outbound goods flows 
  • Leading and developing warehouse staff 
  • Implementing and maintaining warehouse management systems 
  • Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels 
  • Overseeing picking, packing, and shipping operations 
  • Handling and resolving customer or internal claims 
  • Ensuring proper storage, handling, and organization of goods 
  • Analyzing and improving processes to increase efficiency and accuracy 
  • Preparing regular operational reports and KPIs 
  • Conducting stock counts and inventory audits 
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential investments 

Your Profile 

We are looking for individuals who bring strong ownership, independence, communication skills, flexibility, and a customer-focused mindset. You should also bring: 

  • Completed vocational training or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a comparable qualification 
  • Several years of professional experience in warehouse management; leadership experience is a strong advantage 
  • Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and MS Office 
  • Very good command of Dutch, French and English (required) 
  • A hands-on mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
